Firstly, Raikage's name is "A" if you want to know.

I would also make him a LITTLE bit more bulkier, especially his arms. the dude is a professional wrestler people!

And lastly: as seen here:

Overall it is a decent sprite that needs LOTS of improvement. But of course, it is your beta sprite so I will not judge it right away.
