I DON`T CARE WHICH ONE WAS THE FIRST ONE!! and when warhammer has DAWN OF WAR as the name and this game has the same name that isn´t concidered as stealing. and you shouldn´t do such a big deal about it. If you don´t like it just leave then, but i don´t see the big deal in a NAME that just happenes to be the same with some other game´s name
